Since we do not collect any personal data and don’t have any log in option, there should be no cookies saved. No one ever. This includes keeping only secure, physical files on clients.
Your information will always remain 100% confidential. Roaring Fork Homeopathy only ever requires your first name and date(s) of meetings. Please do not send any other personal details such as full name, birthdate, address etc by electronic means. Physical files are maintained for each active client in a secure location. No data is ever stored on any servers or cloud. After seven years inactive client files will be destroyed. We abide by HIPAA Laws where applicable. We use secure email. We are not responsible for data collected by gmail or other email services.
Online sessions will be held by Zoom, GoogleMeet, FaceTime or another provider. A private link will be sent prior to the session. There shall be no recording of these meeting for second or third parties. The session may only be recorded by agreement by both parties. We will not record or store these meetings, unless agreed to in advance.
